Dress Code

The dress code varies from class to class so it is important that if you are unsure what your child should wear, please check with his/her teacher, or our reception desk. For all students, it is necessary that their hair be pulled back off their face.

Fees

Fees are determined by how many hours per week a family dances - see brochure for fee schedule. The monthly fee is based on a yearly fee divided by 10 for easy payment. Registration fee plus 20% of the yearly tuition are required at the time of registration and are non-refundable. Post-dated cheques or credit card authorisation are required for the remaining months - dated the first of each month. If paying on the first of each month is not suitable for your family, please speak to our studio manager regarding alternative arrangements. DanceCo is happy to offer cash, cheque,debit, and Visa and Mastercard credit card services to our DanceCo families. 

Those who prefer to pay monthly must make payment before the 10th of each month. A 5% discount will be added to the yearly tuition when paid in full by October 1/09. NSF cheques are subject to a $25.00 service charge.

Registration Fee

$15.00/student or $25.00/family

Festival fees must be received by November 15/2009.  Any dancers not participating festivals must provide written notice prior to November 15/09 or be responsible for payment of fees. 

Payment in full of the yearly tuition prior to October 1st will enjoy the benefit of a 5% discount.

There will be no refund on cashed monthly cheques or classes missed.

Termination of lessons will be accepted only in writing and must be received prior to the end of the month. (E.g. notice received January 1st would require payment for January.)
Post-dated cheques will be returned upon receipt of written notice.
(Returned cheques will be subject to a $25.00 service charge).

Costuming - Fees and Procedures

Costuming deposits are required at the time of registration.  Post dated cheques will be accepted dated to October 15/09. All costume deposits are non-refundable unless written notice is received prior to October 15/09 that the dance classes are being terminated.

The deposit is $40.00 per child per class. If the costume cost is less than the deposit paid, a credit will be placed on your family's account to be used towards photos, recital tickets, festival fees, etc.

With the younger dancers, we try to keep the costuming fees to a minimum.  Cost averages approximately $40.00 to $50.00 for the preschool dancers.
