Festivals and Competitions

Children generally must be 6 years or older to participate in a festival or competition. The teacher of each class will determine if the dancers are ready to enter a festival/competition and if so, which festival/competition. All parents will be notified if their child's class is participating in a festival/competition and how much the fees will be. The majority of our classes participate in at least one festival/competition. Entry into the festival/competition is strictly optional on the part of the family, however, we encourage entry as it gives the dancers the opportunity to practice their performing skills.
